Be a morning person

When you wake up early in the morning every day, your productivity level and inner joy go up automatically.

A healthy adult should wake up before sunrise. At that time no one disrupts you from what you want to do. Use this time to meditate, exercise, reading scriptures, and give a positive start to your day.

It could be anything: You may like to keep your house clean, you may like writing, gardening, reading stories to children, or you may like to start a small business in your free time.
